DASH — short for design, accessories, style, and home — is a luxury destination for home furnishings, décor, accessories, outdoor living, and interior design. We offer timeless pieces and personalized guidance to help create spaces that feel refined, comfortable, and inviting.

Where is DASH located?

DASH has two showrooms located in Jacksonville, Florida near the St. Johns Town Center. DASH Home Living is located at 10550 Deerwood Park Blvd, Building 200, Suite 220, Jacksonville, Florida 32256. DASH Outdoor Living is located at 10550 Deerwood Park Blvd, Building 400, Suite 480, Jacksonville, Florida 32256.

Is an appointment required?

No appointment is necessary. Our showrooms are open to the public, and we are also proud to serve the design trade. For more in-depth design assistance, appointments are encouraged.

What are your showroom hours?

We welcome you Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes. DASH serves interior designers throughout Florida and Coastal Georgia. Many designers use our showrooms, trade resources, product sourcing expertise, and vendor relationships to support projects in markets where similar luxury furnishing resources may not be available locally.

What is the DASH Trade Program?

The DASH Trade Program provides qualified design and industry professionals with access to trade benefits, product sourcing support, vendor relationships, and personalized assistance for residential and commercial projects.

Do you work with builders and developers?

Yes. DASH collaborates with builders, developers, architects, landscape architects, realtors, home stagers, and other industry professionals to support projects ranging from custom homes to larger-scale developments.

Do you offer online shopping?

Online shopping is coming soon. Our team is thoughtfully building a digital showroom so you can experience the elegance of DASH from the comfort of your home.

Can I place custom orders?

Yes. Many of our furnishings can be customized in size, finish, or fabric, allowing you to bring a more personal touch to your home.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. DASH gift cards are available in both digital and physical form and make a thoughtful gift for housewarmings, weddings, birthdays, and special occasions.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We are working toward offering our own in-house white-glove delivery service to ensure every piece is handled with the utmost care.

Do you provide local delivery or pickup?

Yes. We currently offer local delivery as well as complimentary in-store pickup for your convenience.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We can ship anywhere within the continental United States, allowing you to enjoy the elegance of DASH wherever you call home.

What is your return policy?

Most in-stock items may be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition. Custom and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
