With decades of experience in design and purchasing, Cindy founded DASH with a passion for elevated living, curated spaces, and creating beautiful environments that blend luxury with livability.

Known for her signature blend of sophistication, warmth, and southern charm, Cindy’s creative vision continues to shape the identity and direction of DASH as the brand expands in the years ahead. Her exceptional eye for timeless design, thoughtfully layered interiors, and meaningful client experiences established the foundation of DASH and continues to inspire its evolution as a premier design destination in North Florida.

GENERAL MANAGER

With an extensive background in luxury retail and furniture, Courtney Krug brings a refined eye for design, strong leadership, and a passion for creating elevated client experiences to her role as General Manager at DASH. Her career has been rooted in blending style, functionality, and exceptional service, with a deep appreciation for thoughtfully curated spaces and quality craftsmanship.

In addition to her experience in retail and furnishings, Courtney has also explored her creativity through textile design, transforming original artwork into beautifully crafted textiles inspired by art, texture, and timeless design. Her unique combination of operational expertise and artistic perspective brings a fresh and inspiring approach to the DASH team.

DIRECTOR, INTERIOR DESIGN

Jenna Naparstek, Director of Interior Design at DASH, brings creativity, technical expertise, and a highly thoughtful approach to every project. Known for her exceptional CAD and space planning skills, Jenna specializes in transforming ideas into beautifully functional spaces that feel both elevated and intentional.

Working closely with clients and the DASH team, Jenna guides projects from concept through execution with precision, organization, and a strong understanding of how thoughtful design enhances the way people live. Her ability to blend aesthetics with functionality allows her to create spaces that are not only visually impactful, but also highly livable and personalized to each client’s needs.

Lisa Peterson, Director of Trade Sales at DASH, brings a wealth of experience and an exceptional eye for style and design. Known for her creativity, trade expertise, and deep commitment to service, Lisa has built a strong reputation within the professional design and building community. In her role, she leads the company’s trade sales strategy, developing partnerships with interior designers, builders, architects, and contractors while supporting projects from concept through completion. Guided by her motto, “Quality in everything we do,” Lisa is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and helping create inspired, beautifully curated spaces while strengthening DASH’s presence within the trade community.

Emily Lewis, our Customer Experience Specialist at DASH, brings years of experience in sales and a natural talent for visual merchandising. With a keen eye for detail and design, Emily creates stunning product displays that showcase our collections beautifully while helping clients discover pieces they’ll love. Cee Cee Young, Client Advisor at DASH Outdoor Living, brings a strong background in real estate along with experience in home staging and design. As Marketing & Events Coordinator at DASH, Keely Kopp brings a dynamic background in luxury real estate and nonprofit marketing. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, Shannon Mellon brings unmatched expertise and efficiency to DASH. Shannon plays a key role in keeping DASH’s operations running seamlessly, supporting our commitment to exceptional service and elevated style.

PURCHASING MANAGER

As inventory coordinator at DASH, Wendy Woomer plays a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Wendy grew up in the furniture industry, gaining valuable experience while working at her family’s furniture stores in the Virginia/DC Metro area. With years of experience in the industry and a sharp attention to detail, she oversees the purchasing, organizing, and preparation of each piece in our showrooms. She brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to her work-helping us deliver the quality and consistency our clients rely on.
